About this course
The Bachelor of Engineering Technology is a versatile degree with options to major in traditional engineering disciplines or pursue a career as an aircraft maintenance engineer through completion of the aircraft maintenance (avionics) major. Choosing the civil, electrical or mechanical majors allows you to build in-depth knowledge of engineering concepts and be highly trained in software, simulating modelling and the ability to assist engineers with the technology design and systems management in an engineering project. The Bachelor of Engineering Technology is designed to develop your skills and enable you to combine an understanding of engineering concepts with modern technology. Choose between major options, allowing you to pursue a career as an Engineering Technologist in traditional engineering disciplines or an aircraft maintenance engineer.
