What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, assessment or appointment form on this site, we collect the details you type into it — typically your name, phone number, email address, academic background and which country or course you are interested in. We collect this because it is what a counsellor needs in order to answer you usefully.
We also record the IP address a form was submitted from. This is used to identify automated spam submissions, not to track individuals.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, to prepare your applications if you choose to work with us, and to contact you about your application while it is in progress. If you become a student with us, we also keep the documents you provide for your applications — transcripts, test results, financial documents and similar — for as long as your applications are active.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where it is necessary to process something you have asked us to process — for example, submitting your application to a university you have chosen.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a session cookie to keep forms working. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they may set their own cookies to measure how the site is used; you can block these in your browser settings without losing access to the site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become applications are kept so we can recognise you if you come back to us later. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on the contact page and tell us what you would like us to do.
