General
Do you charge for the first consultation?
No. The first counselling session is free and carries no obligation. Bring your academic transcripts and any English test results, and we will tell you honestly what your profile can realistically reach.
How long does the whole process take?
It varies by destination and intake. As a rough guide, allow three to six months from your first counselling session to a visa decision — longer if you still need to sit an English test. Starting early gives you more course options and a calmer document stage.
Applications
What documents do I need to start?
To begin, your academic transcripts and certificates, your passport, and your English test result if you have one. Financial documents, a statement of purpose and recommendation letters come later, and we will tell you exactly what each university and embassy expects.
Can I apply to more than one university?
Yes, and we usually recommend it. Applying to a small shortlist — typically an ambitious choice, a solid match and a safe option — protects you if one application is unsuccessful.
Visas
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No, and you should be cautious of any consultancy that says otherwise. Visa decisions are made by the relevant embassy or immigration department, not by us. What we can do is prepare your case carefully and honestly, which is what gives it the best chance.
What happens if my visa is refused?
We go through the refusal letter with you and identify what caused it. Depending on the reason, options may include reapplying with stronger documentation, deferring to a later intake, or considering another destination. A refusal is not automatically the end of the plan.
Costs & Funding
How much money do I need to show?
The required amount depends on the country, the course length and the city you will live in. Each destination sets its own financial requirement, and it changes periodically. We calculate the current figure for your specific case rather than quoting a general number.
Are scholarships realistic for me?
Sometimes. Most international scholarships are competitive and merit-based, so they depend on your grades and the institution. We will tell you which ones you genuinely qualify for rather than encouraging applications that have no chance.
Tests & English
Which English test should I take?
That depends on your target universities and visa route, since not all of them accept every test. IELTS is the most widely accepted, PTE suits students who prefer a computer-based format, and TOEFL is common for the USA. We will match the test to your plan before you book it.
Can I apply before taking my English test?
In many cases yes — universities often issue a conditional offer pending your score. The visa application, however, will need the final result, so it is worth booking the test early.
